role of Convenor can be spectacularly hideous employment. You are required to shun the opinions of the outside world and there
is really no work of any value to be had at the end of your day of training. After minimal preparation, you will officially
be thrown to the mercy of the masses with nary a thank you as recompense. Those applying for this position will
need to show evidence of an ability to control the natural urge for their hands to sweat and shake uncontrollably with fear.
The portfolios of successful applicants should demonstrate considerable skill at the technique of walking
a tightrope, which is usually a critical component one needs to employ in this position.
